Andrew's Puzzles - Diabolic #6

Andrew Reid comes from West Sussex (between London and Brighton) in the UK. He wrote a C program to create sudoku puzzles in 2012 and soon after, in 2014, he started publishing these puzzles on his blog.
Andrew created his Facebook group, "Sudoku Puzzles", in 2017 to publicize his puzzles and membership grew quickly.
"I got the original design of my program wrong so at first, it could only produce easy and moderate puzzles.
The few difficult puzzles you can see dated 2014 and 2015 are actually replacements for the originals posted at that time.
After a while, I worked out what I had done wrong and changed my program so it could produce more difficult puzzles. Even so, most of the puzzles it produces are easy. To get a diabolical or extreme puzzle, I have to run my program 100 times in a loop.
Each puzzle is passed to Hodoku to give it a grade then I choose the hardest for further checking with Andrew Stuart's grader and solver.
More recently I have written programs to create hidoku and gogen puzzles and in the future, there is the possibility of an ebook of extreme puzzles if I can create enough of them."
